“ First time here with friends, and I’m so glad they offer a vegetarian ramen option for plant-based folks like me! The broth was rich and flavorful—slightly on the saltier side, but I enjoyed every last noodle. The generous amount of fresh veggies made it extra satisfying. Great job, and keep up the awesome work! Cheers ”

“ Large portions and tasty spot hidden on Bristol St If you bring friends it is definitely worth getting the pitcher alongside their chashu ramen bowl, enjoy! ”

“ Just tried Slurpin’ Ramen Bar in Costa Mesa and I’m still dreaming about that garlic edamame. No joke — spicy, garlicky, perfectly blistered. I would eat a bucket of it. Actually, I might have. Gyoza were crispy golden pockets of joy, and the ramen broth? Creamy, flavorful, and made me question every cup noodle I’ve ever had. Bonus: the service was fast, the vibe was chill, and I left full but already thinking about my next visit. Anyone else obsessed with garlic edamame like I am? Drop your favorite ramen side dishes — I’m on a mission. ”

“ We didn't get to take a picture of the food because everything was delicious!! They can bring out a spice bottle so you can tailor your broth to your spice tolerance. The "slurpin' ramen" was delicious! The rice bowls sre also very tasty. I added the edamame sauce to it and it made it even more delicious! The spicy garlic appetizer is MUST HAVE! The sauce used is sooo good, I'm drooling thinking about it again Tristan, one of the owners, made our experience really great. The vibes were great, he chatted with us and told us about the dishes. Really great atmosphere and service! Thank you Tristan!!!! ”

“ This place works for many people but not quite my flavor jam. Would give 3.5 stars if I could. Place is very popular and service is very helpful. Had the Tsukemen… dipping noodles with ramen — was good. May come back to try their ramen soup. Okay, so I came back: Got the Veggie Ramen (spicy) (added chicken, $4 for 3 small slices)—but the Veggie Ramen was so horribly salty it gave me a stomach ache—and separately tried the Soft Shelled Crab (which was good but heavily fried). ”

“ Found this place at Bootleggers brewery, decided to walk over and try. We got here Sunday night around 8, it's surprisingly pretty full. Servers are very friendly and nice! The menu is really small, so you will pretty much likely to try to slurpin Ramen or the dry versions. The broth is very flavorful not so rich that you feel sick after, we really enjoy it. It comes with three chashu and big selection of vegetables you can choose. Yep, I'm that kind of person pretend to be healthy even eating a bowl or ramen. We got takoyaki and fried octopus as appetizers, that's right, we like octopus all the way. They both are extremely tasty and definitely recommend to try. Overall, place is a little bit pricey with minimum selection of ramen. But it is located so closed to the camp, walking over after date night can be kinda cute. ”

“ Amazing Ramen! Noodles and broth paired well together. Broth was very delicious and creamy. Got the extra noodle option and that was more than enough for my huge appetite at the end of the day. Maybe a bit too much. Not sure how much bigger the ramen would be if I ordered the extra broth option. To keep it short... Ramen portions are quite large. What really made this ramen special was the fatty pork. The pork just melts and was so much better than most other meat options I've tried at many other ramen spots. The egg was also marinated and cooked perfectly. Great flavor, color and softness. Definitely give this place a try. Broth 5/5 Noodles 4/5 Toppings 5/5 Egg 4.5/5 ”
